Thank you for participating in the Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) program. The
GKAS sign-up system has been upgraded to serve you better. It should take
approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. If you begin the sign-up process and
find you do not have time to complete it, you do have the option to click
‘Save’ at the bottom of the page and return at a later date. You may also
return frequently to update your information.
Please note: After signing-up your program you will receive an email
with your Permanent User ID. This permanent user ID is your unique
Give Kids A Smile program identifier. The new sign-up system
will retain your primary program contact information from this year forward. We
strongly encourage you to print the confirmation email and make it easily
accessible for future use.
